Welcome to the YCAGA "Local PGA and LPGA Professionals" site.  The following individuals are dedicated to the game of golf and provide a wide range of services for the beginning, intermediate and advanced golfer.  This site is designed to promote these professionals and provide a central site for those interested in the game of golf to locate a local PGA or LPGA Professional to assist them with the development of their game.

Some of the services provided are:  Individual Golf Instruction, Junior Golf Instruction, Group Golf Lessons, Junior Golf Programs, Golf Tournament Administration just to name a few.  Whatever your need regarding the game of golf, these individuals are dedicated to making your game more enjoyable.


LPGA Professionals

LPGA Nancy Hostetter Cool Creek Golf Club
Nancy is currently the  Head Golf Professional at Cool Creek Golf Club located in eastern York County. 
Nancy is a Class "A" member of the Teaching Division of the LPGA and has been teaching professionally for 20 years.   Her passion is to work with beginners, young and old, in their development of the game , understanding of the rules of golf, golf etiquette and to make the game of golf fun.  Her one on one communications are one of her strongest assets.  In addition her teaching experience enables her to provide individual instruction for the intermediate and advanced player who wants to improve their game.   Through Cool Creek she conducts group lessons and has been actively involved in the Cool Creek Golf Club Junior Program.     Contact information:  717-252-3691 or click on her picture to send her an email.

PGA Nate Blanchette Director of Golf Cool Creek Golf Club

Nate Blanchette -PGA Director of Golf at Cool Creek, located in Eastern York County.
Nate has worked at various golf courses over the past 10 years, most recently as Head Golf Professional at Heritage Hills Golf Resort in York, PA. Keeping in mind that there is not a singular way to teach the game of golf, each student will be interviewed prior to their 1st lesson. This interview will include questions pertaining to their goals and expectations within the game of golf. Based on the pre-lesson interview a regiment will be created for that particular student giving them the best opportunity to achieve success. PGA Jeff Van Etten Hickory Heights Golf Club
Split Screen Analysis
Jeff Van Etten started playing golf at the age of 6 and had won his first rounament by 12.  He was the Player of the Year at Stroudsburg University for three years and turned pro in 1987.He has been working, playing and teaching in South Central PA since and has many students who are now members of the PGA of America.  Jeff believes the golf swing is unique to each individual and it his job to learn that swing and suggest changes to improve the swing.  Instruction is individualized to each student.  Digital video swing analysis is used to help the student understand body position, swing plane and club position. PGA Ryan Paucek Head Pro Bon Air Country Club

Ryan Paucek
Ryan is a native to York County, and has grown up playing the courses here in York County. He is a Class “A” member of the PGA of America and is the Head Golf Professional at Bon Air Country Club. Ryan believes in establish a lasting professional relationship with each and every student to enhance their own experience and overall enjoyment for the game. He takes into consideration that every player is unique and admires each student’s abilities and limitations, then presents the student with realistic goals keeping the fundamentals simple and tailored to each individual student. Ryan offers Digital Video Swing Analysis using the JCVideo system. This technology not only enhances the teaching and learning experience, but enables Ryan to provide each student with a CD to take home work on the recommended changes, while being able to review them visually. With emphasis on the strong fundamental principles of : grip, alignment, and setup – the student will be able to influence his ball striking abilities and make learning simpler.”
